Cuplock Standard

ASCEND Cuplock Standard is principally used in access scaffolding applications and also as a base structure for formwork support applications. Cuplock Standard / verticals are manufactured from 48.3 mm OD × 3.2 mm high-grade Q235 steel tube, provided with cup joints welded at 500 mm intervals, with captive rotating top-cups securing up to 4 components and a welded bottom cup pressed from high-quality steel. The lowest bottom is 80 mm from the end of the standard to provide improved structural strength.

PRODUCT FEATURES

Standard Features: ASCEND Cuplock Standard design allows the insertion of an Adjustable Base or U-Head Base to provide the final support to the soffit formwork. A Steel Connector is provided at the top of each Standard for making vertical connections. The Steel Connector and the base of each Standard incorporate a 12 mm diameter through-hole to enable the use of M10 Bolt & Nylon Nut to join Standards where necessary.
