Limited Warranty Coverage:
Ascenduae.com provides a comprehensive limited warranty in compliance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE), applicable to all ladder and scaffolding products purchased directly from our website. This warranty serves to protect and safeguard consumers against manufacturing defects and structural issues that may arise under normal use conditions.
Duration of Warranty:
Under UAE laws, Our all mobile scaffold towers comes with a warranty of five (5) years. commencing from the date of purchase. It is imperative to note that this warranty is strictly non-transferable and exclusively applies to the original purchaser.
Scope of Coverage:
As mandated by UAE laws, the warranty encompasses defects in materials and workmanship, including but not limited to:
- Structural integrity issues.
- Manufacturing defects in upholstery, frames, and components.
- Malfunctioning mechanisms or hardware.
- Exclusions from Coverage.
Consistent with UAE laws, our warranty does not extend to damages or issues arising from:
- Normal wear and tear.
- Improper assembly or installation.
- Misuse, abuse, or negligence.
- Accidents or incidents beyond our control.
- Alterations or modifications made by the customer.
Claim Procedure:
- To comply with UAE laws, consumers must initiate a warranty claim by promptly contacting us with proof of purchase and a detailed description of the issue. We may request additional information or photographs to facilitate the assessment of the claim, ensuring transparency and fairness. Ascenduae.com will only consider damage notifications submitted within the Warranty period.
Resolution Options:
Under UAE laws, Ascenduae.com will, at its discretion, resolve warranty claims by either repairing or replacing the defective product or components, contingent upon the nature of the claim and the availability of replacement parts. If the exact product or part is unavailable, we are obligated to offer a suitable alternative, adhering to consumer protection regulations. Ascenduae.com reserves the right to request the return of damaged Warranty products before replacing them. A refund will be given only once the product has been received in sound condition for resale. If the product has been misused or is in unfit condition for re-sale, no refund is applicable.
Limitation of Liability:
Our liability under this warranty is strictly limited by UAE laws to the repair or replacement of defective products or components, as specified above. Ascenduae.com shall not be held liable for any incidental or consequential damages, operating or commercial losses, or costs for legal proceedings arising from the use of our products, in adherence to UAE consumer protection statutes. It is in your best interest to inspect all items you received before accepting delivery.
On the event of damaged goods, you must indicate damage on delivery bill and immediately file a claim with the carrier. Should notification of these defects not taken place immediately, the warranty will be Null and Void. If you need assistance in anyway, please contact us at sales@ascenduae.com
When using unauthorized components in your ASCEND scaffold, all guarantee as well as responsibility and approval no longer apply.
If we have made the mistake, a full refund including return freight (by our arrangement) will be made. If it is not due to our mistake, we will issue a full credit, but the return freight will be the responsibility of the customer.
The Person assembling must ensure on his own responsibility that the Safety Provisions are adhered to, an improper use and faulty setting up and impermissible use are excluded. We will rectify any defects that are covered by the warranty by replacing the defective part, or the product itself.
The liability of ASCEND under the warranty shall be limited solely to repair or replacement of the scaffolds and ladders within the warranty period; and ASCEND shall not be liable under any circumstances, for consequential or incidental damages, including but not limited to, personal injury or labour costs. This warranty does not affect your statutory rights.

Ascenduae.com reserves the right to reject the Warranty Claims if the damage was caused by the events highlighted above.
This warranty issued by Ascenduae.com is subject to the policy of Ascenduae.com revised from time to time, and also subject to the acceptance of the TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE before placing any order.
NOTE: For CUSTOM MADE PRODUCTS, right to cancel will not apply.
