1. Refunds and Returns
At Ascenduae.com, we prioritize your satisfaction with every furniture purchase. If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a comprehensive refund policy to facilitate the return process.
Returns are accepted within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of delivery. After this period, refunds will not be offered.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
- The purchased goods must be unused, unassembled, and in the same condition as received.
- The goods must be in their original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete the return process.
3. Refund Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team either via email at sales@ascenduae.com or through our website’s contact form to request a Return Authorization (RA) number. Ensure to clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package when returning the item. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and the credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7-14 business days.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
In the event of receiving a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for either a replacement or refund according to your preference, and ExoticChair.com will cover the return shipping costs.
5. Non-Refundable Items
Certain items, such as clearance or final sale items, may not be eligible for refunds unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.
6. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 (Twenty-Four) hours of purchase for a full refund. After this timeframe, this return policy will apply.
7. Exchanges
Currently, direct exchanges are not offered. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
Please note that Ascenduae.com reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the specified criteria. We endeavour to process refunds and returns promptly and fairly to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. Deliveries will be made by the Carrier to the address stipulated in your order. Telephone
Number, Mobile Number of the person available for receiving goods should be specified.
If we are not able to deliver your Goods within the days stated, we shall notify you by e-mail to arrange another date for delivery.
We may do partial delivery, if the goods are not able to load in one day because of us over being overloaded.
Any dates and times are approximate and early or late delivery will not be an acceptable reason for refusing goods.
Postponement of delivery at the Buyers request or the failure on the Buyers part to accept delivery, then Buyer will be liable to pay extra expenses for deliveries.
The Carrier will deliver between 9am and 5pm Saturday to Thursday, someone should be at the delivery address between these times to accept delivery.
Please check stock availability if you are making a time sensitive order.
Goods which are incorrectly ordered, can be returned for a refund, however the customer is responsible for its return.
We will not be liable to replace any damaged goods at our cost, if this is not notified or refused with the Carriers. All items are inspected when delivering. Items must be refused if it has arrived damaged. We shall have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation other than any refund we make under these conditions.
